Mary Taylor's mission is to unlock the world of European appellation wines by working with individual growers in villages from Bordeaux to Nîmes to Valençay who make regionally distinctive wine at genuinely accessible prices. The plain white labels lead with the place and the grower rather than the grape variety — and every grower farms responsibly, most certified sustainable under HVE, others organic or biodynamic. She founded the company in 2013 after three decades in the trade.
