In Montalcino, Cupano is a boutique winery founded by the late Lionel Cousin and now continued by his wife Ornella Tondini. Farming organically and working with low yields, they produce Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino of remarkable elegance and depth. Cupano has gained cult status for its refined, soulful Sangiovese.
