Fabbrica di San Martino is a historic 20-hectare organic and biodynamic agricultural estate, boutique agriturismo, and winery located in the scenic hills just outside Lucca, Tuscany. Originally built in 1735 by Count Lorenzo Sardi over the foundations of a 16th-century structure, the estate features a magnificent Baroque villa that stands as one of the most prominent 18th-century historic manors in the Lucca region. Today, it operates as a multi-faceted estate managed by Giuseppe "Beppe" Ferrua, blending historical preservation with natural agriculture and luxury country lodging.
