La Vinoterie is a 4.2-hectare estate in Chemillé-en-Anjou, founded in 2017 by Jean-Marie Brousset, formerly of Les Roches Sèches. The winery emphasizes low-intervention methods, producing wines without additives and minimal sulfites. Notable cuvées include “Red Red Wine” (Grolleau, Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc) and “White Rabbit” (Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay), both showcasing vibrant, natural expressions of the Loire terroir.
