Founded by Taras and Amber Ochota after a surf trip through Mexico, Ochota Barrels crafts small-batch, minimal-intervention wines from old-vine sites in South Australia. Influenced by music and raw expression, the wines reflect a "less is more" philosophy. Today, Amber continues the vision from their Basket Range cellar.
