Old Plains Wine Co. was founded in 2002 by Domenic Torzi and Tim Freeland with the goal of rescuing and preserving the last remaining old vine vineyards in the Adelaide Plains region of South Australia. Their mission is to showcase the unique character of these old vines through the production of high-quality, traditional wines.
