This project from the Sierra de Gredos near Madrid revives old-vine Garnacha from high-altitude, granitic soils. Under the guidance of Comando G and Uvas Felices, the wines are fresh, aromatic, and expressive, with delicate red fruit and a distinctly mineral backbone. El Hombre Bala (“The Human Cannonball”) captures the thrilling energy of Garnacha reborn in one of Spain’s most exciting terroirs.
