Selections de la Vina
Álvaro de la Viña and his wife Ana González, both from Sevilla, started the company in 2013 importing from southern Spain — reacting against the ripe, over-extracted style that dominated the market at the time. It now works with more than 50 producers across the Iberian Peninsula and South America. Organic and biodynamic farming, few additives, and a real appetite for obscure regions and native grapes define the book.
