Zev Rovine Selections
Zev Rovine founded ZRS in Brooklyn in 2007 to champion small producers working in an artisanal fashion, later narrowing the focus to growers farming organically or biodynamically and making wine without additives beyond sulfur. The portfolio now runs past 150 producers across more than a dozen countries. Few names carry as much weight in American natural wine; ZRS shaped the category as much as it participates in it.
